The answer is the glass wall. It turns the Gorski kotar canopy into a living picture that shifts with the light, the snow, and the seasons. Design leads every choice here, from the clean timber lines to the calm, uncluttered rooms.
Privacy shapes the rest. The property sits on its own ground with no neighbours in view, so the only sound is the forest. Guests come to The Frame to slow down, read by the fire, and let the day set its own pace.
The heart of the villa is an open living room with a fireplace, set directly against the glass wall. A konoba, the traditional tavern room, holds an indoor grill for long evening meals. A dedicated play room gives children and groups their own space.
Six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across the villa. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and shares in the underfloor heating that runs throughout The Frame. Air conditioning cools all rooms except the two upper peak rooms tucked under the A-frame apex.
Three bathrooms and three separate WC serve the bedrooms across the floors. The layout suits two or three families sharing, or a small group that wants private corners and shared gathering rooms.
