Amenities at The Frame
Every comfort at The Frame is arranged around one idea: a calm, private stay on the highest, forested part of Ravna Gora in Gorski kotar. The 50 m² heated pool, the terrace and the fireplace all serve the same slow rhythm.
The villa sleeps up to 12 across six bedrooms, so a family or a small group settles in without anyone feeling on top of each other. This is a place built for rest and long dinners, not for noise.

What The Frame Includes
The Frame is a boutique A-frame rental with a full indoor and outdoor programme of amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for twelve, a fireplace, a heated pool, a terrace and private parking for several cars.
Underfloor heating runs throughout the villa, and every bedroom has its own Smart TV and fast WiFi. The design-led interior keeps the forest in view through the 13 m glass wall, so the comfort inside never competes with the nature outside.

Indoor Comfort
Living, konoba and play
The living room centres on a fireplace for cold Gorski kotar evenings. A separate konoba (tavern room) adds an indoor grill for slow meals, and a dedicated play room keeps younger guests occupied.
Everyday practicalities
Underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room except the two upper peak rooms, a washing machine and a dryer keep a long stay easy. Smart TVs in each bedroom and fast WiFi throughout mean remote-work guests stay connected when they want to. A Bose surround-sound system fills the living and dining rooms.
Outdoors and the Pool
The 50 m² heated pool
The heated pool is the centre of outdoor life at The Frame, open from April to October and warm enough to enjoy from late spring into early autumn. Swim in the morning quiet with nothing but forest around you.
Terrace, lounge and garden
A 40 m² terrace and an outdoor lounge look straight into the trees, and the garden gives children and dogs room to move. Private parking holds several vehicles, so a group arriving in more than one car is covered.
Wellness (Coming Soon)
A dedicated wellness area is being added to The Frame, with a sauna and a jacuzzi planned to join the heated pool. Both are marked coming soon rather than available today, so please confirm the current wellness status when you send your inquiry.
Until the sauna and jacuzzi open, the heated pool, the fireplace and the eucalyptus bed linens and towels carry the restful side of a Gorski kotar stay.
